Contribute to the improvement of training materials, presentations, and questionnaires
•Participate in incident investigations when required
•Coordinate training arrangements with relevant departments, including training plans, venues, and attendees
•Develop tools and methods to monitor and assess training effectiveness
•Ensure full compliance with applicable HSEQ policies, procedures, and requirements
•Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements Higher education
•Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas industry
•Fluent English and Azerbaijani
•Strong facilitation and public speaking skills
•Up-to-date technical competence within the relevant field
•Professional training qualification from a recognized certifying body
