•Key Responsibilities Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE procedures, plans, and regulatory requirements Act as Site Permit Controller and oversee Permit to Work (PTW) implementation Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, audits, and safety verifications Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions Promote HSE awareness and a strong safety culture among personnel and subcontractors Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation Monitor HSE performance and prepare reports and KPIs Participate in client meetings, audits, and safety improvement initiatives Requirements Higher education degree Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HSE role within the Oil & Gas industry Offshore construction experience is mandatory Experience delivering HSE training and inductions Strong knowledge of PTW systems, risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigation Knowledge of electrical safety and working-at-height requirements Excellent reporting, planning, and organizational skills Fluent English and Azerbaijani Interested candidates can send their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
