•We are looking for a Service Technician to join a wind energy project. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with a technical background in electrical, electromechanical or mechanical maintenance . Previous experience in wind energy is preferred, but candidates with relevant industrial maintenance experience will also be considered.
Main Responsibilities: Perform preventive and routine maintenance of wind turbines Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and hydraulic issues Assist with repair and replacement of turbine components Check equipment alarms and fault history through SCADA Read electrical diagrams, drawings and technical instructions Use measuring and diagnostic tools Complete maintenance reports, work orders and checklists Follow all HSE and safe working procedures Requirements: Technical background in Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical or a related field 0–2 years of relevant experience Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems Ability to read technical drawings and electrical diagrams English sufficient to understand technical procedures and prepare basic reports Valid driving licence Ability and willingness to work at height, including climbing wind turbine towers above 100 metres Good teamwork and problem-solving skills Preferred
