•We are seeking a results-driven Freight Coordinators( Air /Sea/Road/Rail) to join our team in Freight forwarding department .
Responsible for organizing , monitoring , managing and coordinating the movement of goods thorough various modes of transportation Air, Sea, Road or Rail These roles ensures that shipments are transported professionally, efficiently, cost effectively and in compliance with company policies, customer requirements and international trade regulations Key Responsibilities
•Coordinate and schedule shipments with carriers, freight forwarders , and logistics partners Prepare, review and process shipping documentation (cargo and transportation documents) Track and monitor shipments, ensuring on time pick up, transit and delivery Communicate with customers, vendors and internal departments, regarding shipment status and requirements . Have knowledge of customs clearance procedure and ensure compliance with international trade regulations are met. Negotiate rates and services with freight carriers and forwarders. Oversee and resolve issues such as delays, damages or discrepancies in transportation Maintain accurate records or shipments, freight costs, and carrier performance Assist in optimizing freight processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs Meet and exceed the targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
•Proven experience with track record of working in FreightForwarding transportation and Logistics industry 3+ years of experience Strong knowledge of international trade and logistics services in all modes of transportation (air, sea, and road freight). Excellent communication and negotiation skills, Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office applications Language skills
•English /Azerbaijani and Russian (preferable), fluent spoken /Written Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
