•About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Design Manager to lead the complete design lifecycle of large-scale residential, commercial, office, and mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will manage multidisciplinary design teams while ensuring design excellence, commercial viability, and project constructability.

•Full-time Key Responsibilities Lead projects from concept through construction. Manage architects, consultants, and multidisciplinary design teams. Ensure alignment between design, budget, schedule, and business objectives. Review and approve design documentation. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Support value engineering and cost optimization. Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Drive innovation and sustainable design solutions. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. 15+ years of architectural design experience. At least 5 years in a managerial role. Experience with 100,000+ m² real estate developments. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Fluency in English
