•Nardaran, Azerbaijan Sea Breeze Health Valley (SBHV) is seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Business & Strategy Analyst to support the development and growth of one of the region’s most ambitious healthcare, wellness, and lifestyle projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming market intelligence and business data into strategic insights that support decision-making across the organization. Working closely with management and project teams, the Business & Strategy Analyst will conduct market and competitor research, evaluate business opportunities, support strategic initiatives, and develop analytical models that contribute to the long-term success of SBHV’s Medical Cluster and related developments. Key Responsibilities Conduct market, industry, competitor, and benchmark research across healthcare, medical clusters, real estate, investment, infrastructure, and related sectors Analyze market trends, demand drivers, customer segments, and investment opportunities to support strategic decision-making. Translate research findings and raw data into clear insights, conclusions, and actionable recommendations for management. Develop and maintain Excel-based analytical models, including market sizing, financial calculations, scenario analysis, business case evaluations, and forecasting models. Support business planning and strategy development initiatives by identifying growth opportunities, commercial risks, and market positioning strategies. Structure complex business questions into clear analytical workstreams and apply hypothesis-driven problem-solving approaches. Monitor and analyze business performance against strategic objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying drivers of growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Prepare market reports, feasibility studies, strategic assessments, presentations, and management briefing materials. Design dashboards and reporting tools that communicate key business and market insights effectively to stakeholders. Support investment evaluations, partnership assessments, and strategic project reviews. Conduct ad hoc analysis and research assignments related to ongoing business initiatives, development projects, and management requests. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, consultants, investors, operators, and external stakeholders to support business planning and execution. Utilize AI tools and modern research methodologies to improve the efficiency, quality, and depth of analytical outputs. Stay informed of industry developments, regulatory changes, economic trends, and competitive dynamics that may impact SBHV’s operations and strategic initiatives. Qualifications & Competencies Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Management, or a related field. Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, investment analysis, finance, market research, analytics, project management, or a related field. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, dashboard development, scenario analysis, and data management. Strong desktop research capabilities, including the ability to identify, verify, structure, and synthesize information from multiple sources. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create professional presentations and communicate complex information clearly. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with limited information and develop structured approaches to ambiguous business challenges. Experience preparing market studies, business cases, feasibility analyses, strategic reports, and executive presentations. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with management and project teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, reliable, and results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership. Preferred Qualifications Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Knowledge of SQL and database querying tools. Exposure to healthcare, real estate development, infrastructure, investment, special economic zones, or related sectors. Experience supporting strategic planning, investment assessments, or large-scale development projects. Familiarity with AI-powered research and analytical tools.
