Requirements
•Female candidate, aged 27-35. Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English. Higher education (university degree required). Proven experience in a similar role. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
•Managing the General Director’s schedule and appointments. Organizing meetings and maintaining records. Coordinating travel arrangements (flights, hotels, etc.). Handling correspondence (letters, emails, etc.). Performing other administrative tasks as required.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 10:00 - 18:00 Saturday: 10:00 - 15
•00 Sundays and public holidays are non-working days.
Salary and Benefits: Monthly salary
•From 1000 AZN (net) (depending on the candidate’s skills) Bonus for each fiscal year of the Company. Compulsory and voluntary health insurance. Periodic trainings. Career growth opportunity.
