Senior AI Engineer

• •We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our team and help build practical AI solutions that turn data and modern AI technologies into real value. You will work across a range of AI and machine learning projects, including work with LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI, and take solutions from idea to production. You will integrate AI models through APIs, fine tune models on our own data, and prepare and structure the data these systems rely on. You will be involved throughout the process, from understanding the problem and preparing data to building, deploying, monitoring, and improving models, and you will provide technical guidance to other members of the team.

+ ' ' + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience4+ years of hands on experience in AI/ML engineering, applied AI, or data scienceStrong programming skills in PythonStrong understanding of machine learning and deep learning, including model development, optimization, and evaluationStrong data skills, including SQL and experience cleaning, structuring, labeling, and analyzing data to prepare high quality datasets for AI systemsExperience working with large datasets and building AI/ML pipelinesHands on experience developing AI solutions with NLP, LLMs, and generative AI, including integrating LLM APIs into real applicationsHands on experience fine tuning and evaluating modelsPractical experience with prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and agentic AIExperience building and consuming APIs (REST, SDKs, authentication, rate limits, error handling)Experience deploying and running AI services in production, including on premise environments, with a good understanding of MLOps such as model deployment, monitoring, and versioningStrong communication skills
