•Jobsearch.az is seeking an experienced HR Systems and Recruitment Officer for one of our clients operating in the Oil & Gas sector.
Main Responsibilities
•Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding. Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pools. Support workforce planning and recruitment activities. Prepare employment offers and HR-related documentation. Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations and onboarding documentation. Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems. Prepare job descriptions, roles, and responsibilities. Support HR reporting and organizational structure updates. Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
•Higher education degree. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and Recruitment within the Oil & Gas industry. Fluent Azerbaijani and English
•Russian is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook. Experience working with HR systems and databases.
