We are currently seeking an Organizational Effectiveness & Analytics Expert and the suitable candidate will be responsible for supporting organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, productivity improvement, and management reporting initiatives across the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities
- •Conduct organizational structure reviews and assess alignment between workforce capacity and business needs. Perform job analysis, workload assessments, and organizational diagnostics across departments. Participate in workforce planning, manpower optimization, and organizational design initiatives. Evaluate workforce utilization and identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency. Analyze roles, responsibilities, reporting lines, and span-of-control effectiveness. Support organizational restructuring and transformation projects. Develop recommendations to improve workforce productivity, organizational effectiveness, and resource allocation. Facilitate interviews, workshops, and data collection sessions with department leaders and employees. Analyze workforce data, headcount trends, productivity metrics, and resource utilization. Develop workforce planning models and staffing recommendations. Assess departmental workload and workforce requirements based on business demand and operational activities. Identify workforce gaps, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities. Support manpower forecasting and workforce capacity planning activities. Participate in productivity improvement initiatives across operational and support functions. Conduct data-driven assessments to support organizational decision-making. Develop and maintain executive dashboards, management reports, and analytical presentations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management. Consolidate, validate, analyze, and visualize data from multiple business functions. Support KPI development, monitoring, and reporting processes. Create meaningful insights and recommendations from business and workforce data. Design and improve reporting frameworks and management information systems. Provide analytical support for strategic projects and business initiatives. Prepare executive-level presentations for leadership meetings and decision-making forums.
